Prices start from 400€/night and are always for the entire property.
Minimum 2 nights, minimum 3 nights on weekends
- Check-in: from 5:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest

Prices & Availability
To find out the price of a holiday home, click on “Book Now” below, enter the desired period and then click on “Show availability”.
To view the available periods for the holiday homes, click on the “Availability Calendar” link at the top right.
The price always applies to the entire holiday home, regardless of the number of guests. However, it is not allowed to exceed the maximum permitted number of occupants.
Included in the price
- Clean bed and bath linen and kitchen towels
- Nominal consumption of water, electricity and gas
- Starter pack with rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, ...
- Unlimited use of super-fast wireless internet via WiFi
- Final cleaning
Not included
- City tax: 3€ per person/night (only for +12 years old)
- Deposit of €250. Your deposit will be refunded to the same bank account within 2 weeks after your stay
Payment terms
- After your reservation request, we will send a confirmation via email. (Also check your spam folder if you have not received anything within 24 hours)
- To confirm your reservation, we ask you to pay an advance of 50% of the total amount within 5 days by bank transfer
- We expect the balance 6 weeks before your arrival, also by bank transfer
- The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 2 weeks after your stay

Our holiday homes in the centre of Antwerp are ideal for one or more families with children, extended families, blended families, groups of friends, colleagues, corporate events, team buildings, and similar gatherings.
Out of respect for the neighbourhood and its residents, our holiday homes are not intended for loud parties! We appreciate your understanding.
Prices for photo shoots or corporate events such as PR events, workshops, team buildings, incentives or meetings, with or without overnight stay, can be requested via email to kathleen.cassiers@gmail.com.
